We’ve been teased by Disney/Pixar about many of the new incoming characters we can expect to see in Cars 2. Today, we get our first brand new previously unseen character. Meet Carla Veloso, a Brazilian racer that will likely be competing with Lightning McQueen in the different races located all around the world:
