‘Toy Story 4’ Merch Busts Into Disney Parks And Forky Is The Big Star

May 15, 2019 by Samad Rizvi Leave a Comment

Whenever a Disney film makes its way into theaters, you can find merchandise for that movie across various stores, including Disney Stores and major chains such as Target and Walmart. It is easy to overlook the stores within Disney’s theme parks, though, which carry film merchandise in addition to the souvenirs and collectibles that tie into the attractions and lands found within the parks. Toy Story 4 has now invaded these stores – take a peek at the merch you can find while visiting them!

There are several new characters in the upcoming Pixar film – Ducky, Bunny, Duke Caboom, Giggle McDimples, and Gabby Gabby, just to name a few. The character that is sure to be a fan favorite and the one who is seeing perhaps the biggest push in the area of merchandise is none other than Forky. Created by Bonnie out of a spork, Forky questions his very existence in the film, but still looks adorable doing it, which is likely why we are seeing such a diverse selection of merchandise related to a simple spork.

Yesterday, @heartdisney10 (Paulina) on Twitter shared some pictures from a visit to Knick’s Knacks, the gift shop in the Pixar Pier area of Disney California Adventure. There are new t-shirts (like the one above), plushes, vinyls, and mugs – Forky has a presence on all of them! My favorite product out of these might be the Pizza Planet mug with a Forky utensil accompanying it. Take a look at some of the products in Paulina’s pictures below:

There are more pictures to see on Paulina’s Twitter feed. These products have made their way into stores within the Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts. So, next time you visit one of the parks and you are passing through the gift shops, there will be plenty of Toy Story 4 merchandise to sift through. Forky is bound to be a popular character, which means anything with his face on it is likely to be a big hit. Once the film comes out, it may not be as easy to seek these products out so if you have a chance to grab something, you might want to take it!

Here is a tip – if you want to stay plugged into the new cool stuff that is always arriving at Disneyland, Paulina is a wonderful resource. I would highly recommend you follow her on Twitter.
