A forum user on DVDizzy came across the official teaser poster for Brave at their local movie theater. Featuring a beautiful usage of colors and greenery, we think the poster looks epic. With the teaser trailer arriving in theaters with Cars 2, this seems like the perfect time for another look at Princess Merida. Feast your eyes upon the beautiful new one-sheet poster that will be making its way to movie theaters around the world!
Wow! Simply stunning. Where can we get an actual poster of this gorgeous thing?
With the large size of the newest image, we can now see some more details. For example, the bear from the following concept art piece is back and is peering at Merida once again:

Also a very cool tagline runs along the bottom – “Change Your Fate.” It must have great significance for the Princess.
Entertainment Weekly also has some great quotes from director Mark Andrews and producer Katherine Sarafian:
“What we want to get across [with the teaser] is that this story has some darker elements,” director Mark Andrews tells EW. “Not to frighten off our Pixar fans — we’ll still have all the comedy and the great characters. But we get a little bit more intense here.”
“Those stones (in the image above) are actually a pretty important set in the film,” says producer Katherine Sarafian. “We can’t say what happens there, but they were inspired by an actual location in Scotland that we visited multiple times during our research. It was a very powerful setting for the kind of things we want to have happen in the story.”
