In early April, Peter Hartlaub of the San Francisco Chronicle toured Cars 2 director John Lasseter’s closet and found exactly what was to be expected – an absolute ton of Hawaiian shirts. The Hawaiian-shirt-aficionado’s closet of 374 unique designs is organized by theme, with Pixar and Disney obviously accounting for a large part of the collection. However, the displayed shirts only represent a sample of Lasseter’s entire collection, as he says he likely owns well over 1,000. After viewing this video, my respect for the fun-loving-guy only seems to grow. The world needs more John Lasseters! Don’t you think?
