Pixar has always valued their diverse employees, not only employing but also honoring people of different backgrounds, cultures, religions, and orientations. In response to the increase in suicides among the LGBT community, many Pixar employees have gotten together and released a video to support the “It Gets Better Project.”
It is amazing to see the folks at Pixar helping to bring an increasingly important issue to the public’s attention. The participants speak from the heart, so the video gets very emotional at times. Watch it below:
