In the mail today, I received my copy of the 10-disc Toy Story Ultimate Toy Box Collection. I dreamed of owning a trilogy box set for months and being able to finally hold it in my hands was a great feeling.
To get to the discs, you slide out a box that is a replica of Andy’s toy chest.
Inside are the three Toy Story films, with a Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital Copy of each.
I will have a review up later this week, but here are my brief initial thoughts:
- I will have fun displaying the box set, but I’m torn – should I leave everything in the handsome cardboard box or simply show off the toy chest?
- The set is much lighter than I thought it would be
- I can already see that the way the discs are held inside the toy chest will be frustrating over time – more on that later
I’m ecstatic that I am now a proud owner of this monumental trilogy box set. I can’t wait to delve into this!
