I was going to merely update an old post by slapping on newly released images of the Toy Story 3 Blu-ray and DVD sets. However, in honor of the release date being exactly 2 months from today (and the fact that the images look so beautiful in their high-resolution glory), I couldn’t help but dedicate a whole new post to it. Below you will find updated box art (complete with a view of the spines) for the sets being released on November 2 in the U.S. and Canada, though we are still waiting for box art for the 10-disc Toy Story Trilogy BD/DVD box set. Click the images for their larger versions:
[UPDATE (9/13): Disney has actually just released new photos of the final box art that are slightly different from these. Check them out at the end of this post.]

UPDATE (9/13): Here are slightly altered photos of the various sets. You will notice that the spines of the box sets differ from the earlier photos. Note that Rex is now the featured character on the spines.
Interestingly, the box art for the Spanish edition set remains unchanged.
