Toy Story 3 is now available for pre-order on iTunes for $14.99. Once pre-ordered, it will download automatically come November 2. The great thing about downloads is that they usually become active around midnight on the day of release, meaning Toy Story 3 will most likely be available first thing on the 2nd of November. When the download is complete, you can transfer it to between your computer (Mac and PC), and your various ‘i’ devices. (UPDATE: An HD version has also been added.)
Other tidbits:
- The film is in widescreen
- Audio is Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound
- File size is 1.44 GB
- It looks like only the standard definition Toy Story 3 is up for pre-order. iTunes often has HD versions available as well, so it may show up in the future.

UPDATE 1: For all you HD lovers out there, an HD version is now also available for pre-order for $19.99. The size of the HD film is 3.29 GB. Pre-order here.
UPDATE 2 (11/1/10): For one day only, Toy Story 3 will be discounted by $5.00 on iTunes. That means that all day Tuesday, the standard definition version will be only $9.99, while the HD version will go for $14.99! The sale begins when the clock strikes midnight later tonight.
