With yesterday’s gross of $332,604 in the U.S. and Canada, Toy Story 3 has broken through into the Top 10 All-Time at the box office. Passing Transformers 2, Toy Story 3 currently stands at a total of $402,280,518 domestically.
Now nearing the end of its run, the newest Toy Story film will likely end up in the #9 slot, which is currently occupied by Spider-Man ($403,706,375). Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest will most likely be out of reach with its gross of over $423 million. Toy Story 3 has had a remarkable run, breaking Pixar records as well as box office records. Congratulations to director Lee Unkrich and his team are in order.
