Last year, we launched PixArt, a section of the blog devoted to sharing great new Pixar artwork created by fans around the world. Originally, the idea was developed to count down to the release of the Toy Story 3 Blu-ray/DVD sets in a unique and exciting way, but PixArt was so popular that it morphed into a place where new art is shared often. With the release of Cars 2 approaching, we decided to launch another countdown. We have two special pieces to begin the countdown and we are excited the artists agreed to share them with us.
