First La Luna Footage, New Image Debut

La Luna is currently causing a stir at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival, as it was the venue chosen for the short’s premiere earlier this week. To mark the occasion, Animation World Network has debuted a brand new image and our first ever look at the film in action. While it may be a little while before audiences around the world can soak in the entire short, read on to view more from the short than we have seen before, including a 30-second clip!

La Luna is currently playing at the Annecy International Film Festival and will likely premiere in theaters around the world with Brave in 2012.

    Only Pixar could release a 30 second clip that would make me tear up and get goose bumps. That last scene of the moon rising up was just beautiful. And the main characters eyes that look like crescent shaped moons… Gosh. Just beautiful.
