We just got to know Cars 2 new character, Carla Veloso, and now we have the pleasure of meeting Raoul ÇaRoule. A native of France, Raoul is another of many new international cars that we will grace the big screen in June. Disney/Pixar has released a hi-res image, a description of the character, and a turntable video, all of which can be seen below:
